DESCRIPTION:
Family Youth Interaction Community Services is currently seeking a Business Manager.
The Business Manager serves as valuable member of the FYICS leadership team assisting
in the oversight of day-to-day operations within the organization. This position reports directly
to the Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting in ongoing recruitment and training efforts
-
Assisting in completion of performance reviews
-
Reviewing and processing of match summaries
-
Creating and submitting monthly invoices
-
Tracking of accounts receivables and payables on a weekly/monthly/annual basis
-
Purchasing and tracking of office and program supplies
-
Assisting in the processing of payables
-
Assisting in reviewing and approving of time cards
-
Reviewing and approving reimbursements
-
Tracking of staff PTO balances on a monthly/annual basis
-
Tracking of and facilitation of maintenance of vehicles
-
Tracking of vehicle mileage logs
-
Tracking of and facilitation of property maintenance and improvements
-
Filing and organization of client and case records
-
Auditing case records
-
Auditing of monthly billing
-
Completion of weekly/monthly/annual QuickBooks entries and reporting
-
Assisting in quality assurance improvements
-
Tracking productivity and establishing realistic financial goals
-
Assisting in IT support, formula and process development to increase efficiencies in our IT infrastructure
-
Assisting in and providing direct care services to a small caseload of children, youth or adults
-
Assisting in and providing direct care services to Summer Connections programming as needed
-
Running general errands
-
Organizing the office locations
-
Providing on-call support to the staff and programs as needed
-
Other duties to be determined - this position will be reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business and Financial doctrines;
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in management and/or financial transactions;
-
A combination of education and experience may be considered to fulfill position expectations;

Experience in accounting/bookkeeping practices and ability to learn and work in QuickBooks;
-
Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team;
-
Experience in supervising others;
-
Experience in human resources;
-
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-
Candidates must demonstrate a solid work history, dependability and trustworthiness;
-
Candidates will assist in covering on-call responsibilities.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
The incumbent of this position must have a valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record is required.
Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment and random drug screening.
